OSHA/HIPAA/Medical Waste Disposal Regulations Compliance
Our office and team are certified through Enviromerica, the only HIPAA certified company in managed services with inspection protection in the nation, and one of the safest medical waste management services in the nation. We are made sure to be compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and medical waste disposal regulations and have gone through all necessary specialized training. This ensures patient, staff, and office safety.
Taking Temperature & Screening
Anyone who enters our office whether you are a patient or team member will be required to Hand Sanitize properly, and will be screened including temperature taken.
You will be asked a series of questions to properly screen before you entering. If your temperature is 100 F or above, you will be kindly asked to come back at a safer time.
Please arrive wearing a mask.
Our Pre-Rinse consists of 1% Hydrogen Peroxide and is used to help contain the spread of any virus into the air. All patients will be asked to Pre-Rinse upon entering into the operatory before your procedure.
Each of our employees will be equipped with additional personal protective equipment to ensure further safety. This includes disposable water-resistant isolation gowns, disposable head caps, disposable shoe booties, safety glasses, full face shields, N95 masks with an additional Level 3 Surgical Mask on top of that.
Medical Grade Air Purifiers
We have placed medical-grade Medify Air Purifiers in each operatory as well as the front Welcome Room to ensure clean air all throughout the office. Our units include H13 true HEPA filters which captures 99.9% of particles down to 0.1 microns including virus carriers so that you are safe and protected.
Sterilizing all instruments effectively and properly is vital here in our office. We use a high end autoclave/sterilization unit called the Midmark M11 UltraClave™ Automatic Sterilizer to ensure employee and patient safety. It is designed to be reliable, easy to use, and can optimize sterilization output.
RUBBER DAM USE
Another safe product we use to prevent the spread of aerosols is the rubber dam. We are utilizing latex-free dams used to shield/isolate one or more teeth from the remainder of the mouth during a dental procedure.
Medical grade Aerosol disinfectant
We have implemented a safe disinfecting spray between every patient in the operatories and every room in our office to make sure the COVID-19 Coronavirus is eliminated in our air in 15 seconds.
The Cord-Eze is a product used to help assist our team in using HVE strong powered suctions during any procedures to help minimize the spread of aerosols safely.

Proper Hand washing
We have trained our team to follow proper Hand Washing Techniques according to the World Health Organization. These posters will be conveniently placed at all sinks to instruct patients how to do the same for maximized protection.
