Hello everyone! My name is Hazel & I am the Treatment Plan Coordinator. I enjoy establishing relationships with all our amazing patients. My focus is to make sure you are taken care of for your next visit with us for any treatment. Outside of work, I love to sing karaoke with my family and I love to embrace my inner child by collecting Snow White memorabilia and anime figures. My favorite anime is One Piece and I am a huge BTS fan!

The most fulfilling aspect of my profession is watching how our talented doctor transforms smiles. Patient interaction is what I enjoy most about my job, since it allows me to build strong patient relationships and give patients a positive office experience. I've been able to contribute value to our team by being quick and effective. Outside of work, I spend time with my family, dogs, & friends. I love to eat, my favorite food is Fettuccine Alfredo. I enjoy watching Yankees games & horror movies. One of my biggest passions is traveling the world experiencing different countries and cultures.

Hi, My name is Chrystal and my job is focused on
insurance billing, submitting claims, providing billing support & working with insurance companies so that we may provide the best dental care possible. My dental career started over 25 years ago with experience as Office Manager and dental assisting. I am a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful children. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors with my family and traveling.

Hi, My name is Kim! I was raised in Fremont and began my career in dentistry as an orthodontic assistant. I later became a dental hygienist and have been part of this office for over 37 years, providing gentle, personalized care to patients. I've always had a passion for holistic health, which led me to pursue certifications in Massage Therapy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, & Nutritional Education. I truly believe in caring for the whole person and love incorporating that approach into my work. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors - skiing, hiking, camping, gardening- as well as relaxing with a good book and being with my husband and our 2 daughters.

Hi, my name is Kirsten, I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years. I graduated from Oxnard College with an AS degree and Loma Linda University for my BSDH, with a focus on education. Educating patients and achieving healthy, beautiful smiles if my forte! On my free time I am a certified barre instructor at The Bar Method. I love trying new food spots, traveling, spending time with my husband and dog, a fan of the warriors and the 49ers!

Hi! My name is Diana, I began my career in the dental field after realizing I wanted to work in a profession where I could positively impact people. Dentistry has allowed me to achieve this by seeing change within patient's smiles. I graduated from Dental Assisting in 2017 & continued to further my education by staying up to date with the latest CE Courses. I look forward to making patients feel at ease for their dental procedures as well as catching up with their latest travels. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at my local church, spending time with my family, friends, & dog named "Bella". I love trying new foods, viewing the sunset, and visiting the beach every chance I get.

I began my journey in dentistry at Carrington College. Now as a dental assistant, my goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for. I’m committed to creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. I’m currently continuing my education in Dental Hygiene so I can keep growing in the field and help patients achieve their healthiest, happiest smiles. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, traveling to new places, and exploring different restaurants. I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel at ease during your visit!

Hi, I'm Imma! I've been an RDA for nearly 20 years. Before moving to the U.S., I practiced as a dentist in my home country, and I've carried that deep understanding of dentistry into my role here. I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life, being of service, sharing dental knowledge, & learning from their stories in return. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing patients become lifelong friends & family. Outside the office, I love watching crime shows, romantic comedies, & Korean dramas. I also cherish quality time with my husband, whether we're relaxing at home or out exploring. We especially enjoy the holidays when our kids come home from school.
